• Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.
• Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
• Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
• Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
• Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
• Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
• Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations
• Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience of semiconductor industry or new graduated Master who has strong academic background is acceptable.
• FAB working experience or background is highly preferred.
• Capable of high accurate DC test and measurement knowledge are preferred
• Capable of Low current & low voltage measurement skills and knowledge are preferred
• Experience with Tektronix S600/S5xx/4200 or Keysight 4070/4080/B1500 are preferred.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, good spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English are essential.
• Good team work spirit, quick learning and willing to share.
• 40% time of travel is required.
