In year 2000, to meet with the booming demand of various talents in China, IMC pioneered its Executive Search Service in China by establishing branch offices in the major cities one by one. During past years, adopting its successful executive search experience in Taiwan, IMC has provided its consultants with the efficient IT platform, the in-depth knowledge of industry, and the rigid process in searching and assessing talents so as to consistently deliver the most suitable candidates in Greater China to the enterprises.

In order to offer more comprehensive service to its clients in Shanghai, IMC has cooperated with Shanghai ZW HR Consulting by setting up a Joint Venture in Shanghai since Nov. 1, 2016.
