Main Responsibilities:

1.Install new or modified equipment at customer facilities to ensure full functionality according to specifications

2.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal and external associates, and management.

3.you provides training for customers in connection with our machines: both hardware and software

4.You are responsible for the preparation of spare-parts lists, reports, etc

.5.Main working territory will be China and some other parts of Asia.

1.University degree in Mechanical, Electrical or similar

2.At least 3 years or more of electrical and mechanical background/customer facing work experience required

3.Fluent in English, Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers

4.Troubleshooting, and follow-up skills. excellent technical problem-solving, Self-driven, pro-active and target oriented working style with a high willingness to perform

5.Superior computer and operating system skills （Microsoft family）

6.You have a flexible attitude with regard to travel and labor（60% or higher short period travel）；

7.Socially outgoing, ability to handle stress

1.大学本科学历，机械，电气相关专业

2.至少3年 及以上电气和机械背景/有客户现场服务经验

3.英文流利，出色的沟通技能和有效与客户和内部相关人沟通的能力

4.故障排除和跟进技巧， 优秀的技术问题解决能力，自我驱动，积极主动和目标导向的工作作风，具有高度的执行意愿；

5.熟练的计算机和操作系统技能（微软软件）

6.高度的出差灵活性（约占60%或更高的短期旅行）
