1.Act as a contact center for pre-sales and post-sales phases, providing on-site application engineering
services for various customers or projects
2. Resolving problems about wafer substrate occuring on the client side
3.Track technical issues and task items that are not closed and act as the first responsible person to drive the
issues to resolution and closure before the nadir
4.Visit customers in order to complete market development tasks
5.Digest customer requirements and clearly communicate them to manufacturing plants, leading internal
technical and quality teams in a cross-cutting model to address customer needs
6.Provide internal information on CIP to customers and track feedback from various customer interfaces
7.Work closely with internal quality, marketing and operations teams to provide world-class service to our
customers

大学

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in physics, chemistry, or related fields (education may be relaxed for
those with advanced work experience)
2. Have 3-5 years or more of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry (preferably in a wafer
factory)
3. Japanese nationality is preferred, accepting business trips, men are preferred
4. Quick thinking and good communication skills
